Our hotel policies are as follows:
- Check-in: 3pm and Check-out: Noon.
- Parking: Free or low-cost overnight parking available adjacent to hotel.
- Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets.
- Breakfast: Complimentary made-to-order breakfast for up to 2 guests for reservations made via our website.

From Washington DC or Tysons Corner/Reston/Herndon/Ashburn/Dulles Airport in VA: Take 267 West (Dulles Toll Road/Dulles Greenway) to Exit 1B (Route 15 North) and take exit to Route 7 Business (Market Street). Continue on Market Street until you reach the downtown area and take a left at the stoplight at the intersection of King and Market Street (the historic Courthouse will be on your right). Once on South King Street, the Leesburg Colonial Inn will be down the block on the right at 19 South King Street (enter via the Kings Court Tavern and Wine Bar). To check-in, you may park on South King Street (limited availability), or you may park overnight in the parking garage located directly behind the Inn on West Loudoun Street.
From Great Falls/Sterling in VA: Take Route 7 West to Leesburg to Route 7 (Business) which will become Market Street. Continue on Market Street until you reach the downtown area and take a left at the stoplight at the intersection of King and Market Street (the historic Courthouse will be on your right). From Frederick MD and Points North: Take Route 15 South to Leesburg. Please take the exit for Route 15 (Business) which will become North King Street. Continue on North King Street which will become South King Street as you pass the historic Courthouse on your left. You will find the Leesburg Colonial Inn on the next block at 19 South King Street on the right (enter via the Kings Court Tavern and Wine Bar). To check-in, you may park on South King Street (limited availability), or you may park overnight in the parking garage located directly behind the Inn on West Loudoun Street.
From Winchester VA and Points West: Take Route 7 East to Leesburg and take the first Leesburg exit. This will be Market Street. Stay on Market Street, past the historic Tally Ho Theatre, and take a right at the stoplight (at the intersection of King and Market). Once on South King Street, the Leesburg Colonial Inn will be down the block on the right at 19 South King Street (enter via the Kings Court Tavern and Wine Bar). To check-in, you may park on South King Street (limited availability), or you may park overnight in the parking garage located directly behind the Inn on West Loudoun Street.
From Warrenton VA and Points South: Take Route 15 North to Leesburg. Continue on to Route 15 (Business) which will become King Street. Continue on downtown until the intersection of King and Loudoun Street and take a left at the stoplight. Once on West Loudoun Street, proceed to the parking garage on the right. The parking garage permits overnight parking and is located directly behind the Leesburg Colonial Inn at 19 South King Street (to check-in, enter via the Kings Court Tavern and Wine Bar).
